Located at a prime corner location at Stockton Ave and West Santa Clara St, our team carried out multiple massing studies through numerous design iterations to fit a residential building on this irregular triangle shaped site. The project is built around a central courtyard that opens up to the main street, with about 118 parking spaces through the use of stacker lifts on the ground floor as well.
