WHAT WE DO
SITE FEASIBILITY
Is your site feasible to build on? How much can you build on your site?
Our team can help you create site planning options showing where you can build on the site and how much you can build. We study the local zoning code to verify what is possible and then we 3D model several options to review with you.
MASTER PLANNING
Some projects are better understood looking beyond a single property to the surrounding neighborhood.
Our design team can model the block, the street, and even the neighborhood to plan for a better contextual solution that brings vitality and connectivity to the neighborhood and streetscape.
AS-BUILTS
Do you own a property or building with no plans or blueprints?
Studio Current can field measure and photograph your property. We’ll research online for existing plans and permit history and then create a set of CAD plans to scale your building and site.
TENANT IMPROVEMENTS
You need detailed plans and information for Plan Check, Building Permits, Bidding, and Construction. Studio Current will hire and manage the team of consultants and specialists required to bring your project through this process and prepare it for buildout and occupancy.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIONS
Once the building permit is released the construction phase can begin. We assist your team in working through bidding, buildout, and occupancy stages. We attend jobsite meetings, review submittals and shop drawings, and answer requests for information from the construction team in order to keep the project moving toward successful completion.
