The tower sits on 1.2 acres of downtown land and occupies a full city block (Almaden Ave / Carlysle St / Notre Dame Ave / W St John St) This project is designed as a Classic Metropolitan Apartment Tower and is clad with red brick and cream colored limestone trim. The 21 story tower emerges from a podium base between 4 & 6 levels with rooftop recreation spaces that include a large palm lined swimming pool terrace, dog park and gymnasium. This project has sold twice since it’s original build and has attained one of the highest per unit sales of any residential building in San Jose.
