Location: Downtown San Jose

This project sits directly across the corner from San Jose’s City Hall Building and consists of a Creative Office Tower (450,000sf) and Residential Tower (384 units) on a shared podium base. The focus of this design is to activate this city block with active streetscape retail of pedestrian lobbies and the office building contains 40,000sf floor plates aimed to serve the high-tech market. This project is approximately 295 feet tall & has over 1 Million square feet of gross floor area.
