One of our long-time collaborators (Peoples Associates Structural Engineers / PASE) purchased a large multi-tenant industrial building as an investment. Studio Current helped PASE to transform one of the large suites into a new Company Headquarters for their multi-disciplinary engineering firm. A former “Ping Pong Center” was reinvented as a large volume Structural Design Studio with Mezzanine Offices, extensive Conference Spaces and Team Gathering area with Lunch Room. Our team helped to create cohesive brand identity for PASE through strategic placement of colors, logos and other branding elements. Overall this space now functions efficiently and sustainably with a PV array on the rooftop and ample use of natural light & indoor landscaping.
