Office Manager/Executive Assistant

Nicole joined in 2024 as the Office Manager and Executive Assistant. She is responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the office. Nicole collaborates with team members to make sure the office runs smoothly, coordinates calendars, sets up for meetings, and oversees catering. 

Nicole is a Bay Area native who was raised in Fremont. Outside the office, Nicole is a 2x Gold Medalist for the Deaf Women National Soccer Team. She loves to compete in Spartan and Hyrox races, trail runs, and try new sports. Nicole also loves spending quality time with family and friends.
