The basis of the design breaks the building into 3 activated terraces. Each terrace is not just a physical entity; it is a canvas for creating intimate spaces that cater to the nuanced needs of its future inhabitants. These spaces are carefully designed to provide a sense of personal refuge within the broader urban tapestry. The overarching goal is to seamlessly create terraces into a cohesive whole, forming connective moments that intrigue and engage. Screens, rooftops, and vegetated spaces serve as the conduits through which the project establishes a dynamic relationship with the surrounding future urban village.
