The goal was to integrate this project into the surrounding residential area by breaking the mass and facade into a more residential scale in terms of feel and character especially for enhancing the pedestrian experience, infusing the surroundings with a sense of familiarity and warmth. The corner of Willow Street and Kotenberg Avenue emerges as a vibrant focal point, activated by retail spaces that breathe life into the urban intersection. This strategic activation not only serves the functional needs of the community but also contributes to the lively character of the neighborhood.
