A local development firm tied up a 10 Acre site on Saratoga Avenue in West San Jose and asked our team to help them create a Mixed Use Community that includes 200 guest rooms in two Hotels (an extended stay/suites hotel and a standard room hotel); a Creative Office Building (10-story / 250,000sf); a Market Rate Apartment Building (8-story / 400 units); and a Senior Living Community (3-story / 175 units) . The entire community is designed around a central promenade with retail shops, a café ,and extensive landscaping and public art.
